1. Pre-Course Assessments:
   I understand that pre-course assessments must be completed before attending the class.
2. Arrival Time:
   I agree to arrive 15 minutes early to complete the necessary forms before the class begins.
3. Enrolment Details:
   I confirm that I will provide the following details during enrolment: 
   • First Name + Last Name
   • Date of Birth (DOB)
   • Address
   • Phone Number
   • Birth Country
   • Unique Student Identifier (USI)

For Traffic Control & White Card Courses, I will also provide 100 Points of ID, including acceptable forms such as a passport, driver’s licence, and utility bills, as per the SafeWork NSW ID points table. I understand that I must bring the original copies of these IDs on the training day for verification.
